By accessing or using the Deepcrest platform and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Deepcrest ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").
Deepcrest provides an AI-powered predictive analytics and decision intelligence platform that enables users to analyze business data, generate forecasts, detect anomalies, and derive actionable insights. The Service is provided on a software-as-a-service (SaaS) basis.
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
The Service offers multiple subscription tiers (Starter, Professional, Enterprise). Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You retain all ownership rights to the data you upload or connect to the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process Your Data solely to provide the Service. You should not rely solely on Outputs for critical business decisions without independent verification.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or security reasons. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance when possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deepcrest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
